I was a contract Unity Integrator at Popcap Games in 2019. For 12 months I had the privilege of working on the art team of Plants vs. Zombies 3.
During my time at PopCap, I received guidance from the lead Technical Artist on the team. As an Integrator, it was my job to ensure the 3D character models and animations I was given were imported and "hooked up" to the final game.
As of November 2020, the official game is no longer available. For now, here are two videos by the YouTube channel ArcadeGaming, which show the characters I worked on. Almost all of them were integrated by me, with a few exceptions.
In addition, I animated the objects in certain scenes, with the guidance of the resident Technical Art team.
On the left is a Movie Theater scene I animated. It's an example of 3 different Unity animation techniques in a single shot. The marquee lights were animated with a texture sheet, the searchlights were animated using a particle system, and the foliage was animated using a shader.
